Fingernail Series: Influence
Leadership is about three things. The first is influence. Leaders are influencers whom we look up to and often conform to the actions and behaviors they model.
Fingernail Series: Environment
The environment will always dictate who is in a leadership position. In any environment, approximately 10% of people will have a positive influence, and 10% will have a negative influence.
Fingernail Series: Behavior Modeling
The final core component of leadership is behavior modeling. Leadership is NEVER about what we say; it's ALWAYS about what we do.

The "Red" lesson reminds us that we must reflect on the behaviors and actions we tell others to do, but don't adhere to ourselves.

The "Blue" lesson emphasizes the importance of using technology responsibly as leaders in the social media world.

The "Black" lesson discusses the importance of paying attention to the well-being of those around you by observing their behaviors.
